Thirdly, as we're online, this means no money needs to be spent on printing brochures or catalogues, all the information you need is available and kept up-to-date on our website 24/7. Lastly, we truly believe in the goodness of giving, for birthdays, romantic or other special occasions, so we do our utmost to pass savings on to you, so that you may give and receive more.

We are adding more and more products daily to our ever-growing website. Knowing how important it is to customise gifts for their recipients, we try our best to accommodate if you have any special or specific requests. With that in mind, please do not be afraid to tell us what we can do to help; everything will be kept private and confidential.

Give us a call on our hotline (011 3170 2124) to check with us whether our delivery person has encountered some sort of difficulty in delivering punctually. Late deliveries are exceptions rather than the norm; we appreciate you letting us know if the order is late, even if it’s not a problem for you, so we can take steps to make sure it does not happen again.

Flowers are not produced in a factory, but grown naturally and as such, our product designs may vary and certain products might not always be available in certain locations. While this regrettable circumstance is rare, for legal reasons we at maywishes.com.my reserve the right to substitute with another product of the same value and beauty.

Please contact us as soon as you’ve made your decision to cancel your order. Kindly note that you can only cancel your order(s) before delivery arrangement was made, i.e.: after 12pm of the delivery date, you are not allowed to cancel your order(s). processing/handling fees applies.

We can assure you that we use fresh flowers delivered to us every single day for each and every one of your bouquet. If by any chance that your bouquet happened to look less appealing, quickly put them into a cold room or a refrigerator and spritz clean water to the flowers. You can snip the corners of the petals (for roses: you can peel off the entire unappealing petal). These tricks should help your bouquet to look better.

Dear our customers, you must purchase from our valentine's day collection only. If you are purchase from other collections, we will follow your budget to design the bouquet. You are not allowed to change delivery location, we will follow the address you provided to deliver. no refundable for all orders.
